FRAME PROFILE
Aluminum extrusion is made hot. 6063 series billets are used during production. Billets are heated at 420-520°C, molds must be heated to 450°C, and the temperature of the profile coming out of the press is above 500°C. The extruded profile is cooled, cold stretched, and cut to the desired length. The profiles are then strengthened by heat treatment. During this process, the profiles are kept at 185°C for 5 hours. Profiles that gain strength go to the powder coating line, anodizing line, wood transfer line, or mechanical processing line according to customer demand. After the necessary processes, the profiles are ready for shipment.
The feature of our internal insertion series is that there is no screwing process during installation, it is a practical method used in cases where the installation space is limited, it is applied between the window frame and the window sash with metal or plastic clips. it can be easily inserted and installed. It cannot be applied if the window sash is a dropper sash. The difference from our 18 mm series is that it has a clawed frame and corner covers and original clips specific to its design. It is a highly preferred system in European countries.
